주엽어린이도서관은 ‘작가의 방’ 전시를 통해 그림책 작가들의 세계를 조명하는 기획 전시를 선보인다. 이번 전시는 『여기, 지금, 함께』와 『괜찮아, 나의 두꺼비야』 두 권의 그림책을 엮어 구성되며, 작가 도슨트 프로그램과 키즈 프로그램, 연계 활동을 함께 진행한다. 전시 공간의 왼편은 두꺼비의 이야기를 중심으로, 친구와 우정, 그리고 편지를 매개로 한 그래픽 작업을 통해 도서관을 찾은 관람객들의 호기심을 자극한다. 오른편은 두 토끼 형제의 여행을 콘셉트로, ‘집’을 주요 소재로 삼아 또 다른 서사의 흐름을 펼쳐 보인다.
Juyeop Children’s Library presents a curated exhibition as part of its “Artist’s Room” series, highlighting the creative worlds of picture book authors. This exhibition brings together two titles, Here, Now, Together and It’s Okay, My Toad, and is accompanied by an artist-led docent program, children’s workshops, and related educational activities.
The left side of the exhibition centers on the story of the toad, using graphic elements inspired by themes of friendship, letters, and connection to spark curiosity among library visitors. The right side unfolds the journey of two rabbit brothers, with the concept of “home” serving as the central motif, offering a parallel narrative experience within the space.
