작가의 개인 작업들이다. 주말 드로잉, 모노타입 등 다양한 기법과 재료를 실험하며 일상의 기억을 기록한 작업들이며, 동시에 그림책 작품을 위한 리서치 과정이기도 하다. 아이들, 주말이나 휴일의 장면을 주로 소재로 삼아 가볍게 그린 드로잉이지만, 목적 없이 그려진 작품들만이 지닌 날것의 기운을 작가는 사랑한다. 또한 라이브 드로잉 방식을 선호하여 작업 과정을 촬영하고, 이를 개인 블로그 https://soyunglee.tumblr.com/ 유튜브 채널 산책, 드로잉 https://www.youtube.com/@Madkissso 에 공유하고 있다.
