This is a story about the powerless—those who are pushed farther to the margins in the name of desire and development. What does it truly mean to have a home? Is it just another thing to own, to accumulate? One day, strangers arrive in a quiet forest, claiming they will build something new. They visit Toto and Zibi’s home and, without warning, hand them a new address and force them to leave. The journey to this unknown place brings both hope and fear to Toto and Zibi. But when they arrive, they find no place for them. Worse yet, they are tricked by a con artist and end up behind bars. Inside the cage are many other animals, all treated like mere possessions—just like them. They
don’t ask for much. The world is big, and they only want a small place to live. But when they escape and build a new home together, what they create is something entirely different from the “homes” we usually imagine. This story asks us to rethink what a home truly is.A place to stay. A place to live together. Maybe that’s the home we really need.
